Amar Chand Bhatt, born on August 10, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Inspector General, Additional Commissioner, Additional Collector, and multiple tenures as District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent position was as a Member at Ajmer, Rajasthan, in the Department of Finance from May 8, 2006, to August 31, 2006. Mr. Bhatt’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Rajasthan government.
