Amandeep Garg, an IAS officer of the 1999 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre, was born on 10/10/1974. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Adept in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he currently serves as the Additional Secretary at the Department of Environment, Forest & Climate Change.
