Aman Samir, born on May 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has held the positions of Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, he is the Director at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Department in Bihar, a role he has held since December 14, 2025. Aman Samir continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and development within his cadre.
