Aman Gupta, born on June 10, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Delhi, a PG Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Society, and a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Currently, he is the Member (Finance) at the Delhi Jal Board since February 16, 2026. Previously, he has held the position of Secretary. Aman Gupta is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
