Alok Sinha-II, born on 16 April 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Director General, Managing Director, Additional Director, Joint Managing Director, Deputy CEO, Development Officer, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 1 January 2018 to 30 April 2022.
