Alok Kumar Pandey, born on 15 July 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.A. in History and an M.Sc. in Zoology. Currently serving as the CEO of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) in Uttarakhand since 12 October 2025, Pandey has previously held the position of Additional Secretary. He continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
