Alok, born on 15 November 1966, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary in the Energy Department at Jaipur since 14 February 2024. His extensive career includes roles such as Additional Secretary, Member (Admin), Managing Director, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary to Government, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. He has been recognized with the Yogayata Certificate. Alok is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
