Alkesh Kumar Sharma, born on 12 August 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a postgraduate degree in Rural Management and a graduate degree in Agriculture. Throughout his career, Sharma served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Secretary, Special Officer, National Project Coordinator, Private Secretary, Director, District Collector, General Manager, Additional Director, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Secretary in the Electronics and Information Technology Department, New Delhi, from 5 May 2022 to 31 August 2023.
