Alka Tandan Bhatnagar, born on November 1, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. from the University of Barley. During her career, she served in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, most recently as Special Secretary from January 1, 2018, to October 31, 2018. Her previous roles include Special Secretary Director and Joint Director.
