Alice Vaz R, born on 16 August 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Nursing from Madras University and an M.A. in Public Policy from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, she serves as Commissioner/Secretary at the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, J&K, a position she has held since 23 February 2026. Her previous roles include serving as Secretary. Alice is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in active service.
