Alexander Koippuram Luke, born on August 4, 1948, is a retired IAS officer from the 1975 Gujarat cadre. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Chief Regional Executive, Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, and General Manager. His most recent role was Managing Director at the Narmada Valley Development Authority, Gujarat, from July 27, 2004, to November 20, 2006. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple departments within the Gujarat administration before retiring from service.
