Alby John Varghese, born on April 5, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from the University of Calicut. Currently, he serves as the Director/CEO of the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency since June 24, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Commissioner, Sub Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Managing Director. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil, Alby John Varghese continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu.
