Akshay Pillay, born on November 2, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has served as Additional District Magistrate. Currently, he is the Collector and District Magistrate (CDO and EO) at Jagatsinghpur Zilla Parishad, a position he assumed on March 27, 2026. Mr. Pillay continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
