Akshay Pillay, born on November 2, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he is the Collector and District Magistrate (CDO and EO) at Jagatsinghpur Zilla Parishad, a position he has held since March 27, 2026. Prior to this, he served as Additional District Magistrate. Akshay Pillay continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
