Akshay Labroo, born on 17 September 1993, is an IAS officer of the 2018 batch from the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in Political Science from Delhi University and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, a position he has held since 11 June 2025. Prior to this, he has also served as Deputy Commissioner. He is currently in service.
