Akshay Labroo, born on 17 September 1993, is an IAS officer of the 2018 batch from the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in Political Science from Delhi University and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Srinagar, J & K, a position he has held since 11 June 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Director, State Mission Director, and Additional Municipal Commissioner. Akshay Labroo is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
