Akhil Arora, born on February 4, 1969, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. degree and is currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department of Rajasthan since November 24, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held multiple key positions, including Principal Secretary to Government, Member (Admin), Secretary to Government, Secretary to Governor, Managing Director, Commissioner, Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, and SDO. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
