Akhand Pratap Singh, born on August 9, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Election Department of Uttar Pradesh since January 2, 2026. His previous roles include Additional Project Director, Managing Director, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and CEO. Proficient in English and Hindi, Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
