Ajoy Sharma, born on December 5, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1999 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Tech., M.Tech., and a Master of Public Policy from Princeton University, New Jersey, USA. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. His previous roles include Chief Vigilance Officer, Joint Secretary, and Administrative Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Sharma continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
