Dr. Ajay Kumar, born on 26 October 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Delhi University and a PG Diploma in Finance from IIM Kozhikode. Currently, he is the Deputy Principal Secretary-II at Haryana, working in the Chief Minister's Office since 9 April 2026. His previous roles include serving as Deputy Commissioner. Dr. Kumar is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
