Agrawal Akshay Sunil, born on 29 August 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Gajapati, Odisha, a position he has held since 2 January 2026. Prior to this, he worked as an Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
