Adwait Kumar Singh, born on 10 July 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.A.LLB (Hons) and an LL.B. in Humanities from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Currently, he is the Special Secretary at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, a position he has held since 26 February 2026, working in the Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS) department. Previously, he served as Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
