Adwait Kumar Singh, born on July 10, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds a B.A.LLB (Hons) and an LL.B. in Humanities from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, a position he assumed on February 26, 2026. His departmental affiliation is Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS). Previously, he has held the role of Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
