Aditya Prasad Padhi, born on 17 February 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Odisha cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics, along with postgraduate degrees in Management and Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to Government, Chief Development Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Transport Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Chairman of the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), Odisha, from 16 January 2017. Padhi’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple senior roles within the Odisha government.
