Aditya Prakash, born on April 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He is currently the Additional Secretary in the Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Aditya is a graduate in medicine from Delhi University and Maulana Azad Medical College. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Collector & District Magistrate, Secretary, District Magistrate, and Additional Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
