Aditya Prakash, born on April 2, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 Bihar cadre. A graduate in medicine from Delhi University and Maulana Azad Medical College, he has served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Collector & District Magistrate, Secretary, District Magistrate, and Additional Secretary. Currently, he holds the position of Additional Secretary in the Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, since December 14, 2025. Proficient in English and Hindi, Aditya Prakash continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
