Aditya Goyal, born on 13 August 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Computers from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the CDO-cum-EO at Bargarh under the Zila Parishad department, a position he has held since 10 October 2022. Mr. Goyal continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
