Aditi Singh, born on 16 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours, M.A., and M.Phil. in Political Science from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Rural Development since 21 March 2025. Her previous roles include Additional Commercial Tax Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Managing Director, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Director. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
