Adesh Titarmare, born on 19 May 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chairman at Mumbai Port Trust under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, a tenure from 10 August 2021 to 9 August 2026. His previous roles include Director, Transport Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Municipal Commissioner & Chief Executive Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, and Under Secretary. He is proficient in English and Marathi and remains in active service.
