Adeela Abdulla, born on April 11, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Kerala cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from the University of Calicut. Adeela has served as Assistant Collector and District Collector. Currently, she is the Special Secretary in the Social Justice Department, a position she has held since January 29, 2025. Fluent in English and Malayalam, she continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the governance and administration of Kerala.
