Dr. Adarsh Singh, born on December 13, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is currently serving as the Excise Commissioner at Jhansi since September 17, 2022. Throughout his career in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, he has held various positions including Divisional Commissioner, Incharge Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary to the Honorable Chief Minister, State Mission Director, Officer on Special Duty, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector and ADM, and Officer Trainee. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
