Abhishek Singh, born on 22 February 1983, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Management from Delhi University. During his service, he held positions including Deputy Commissioner, Junior Scale, and Joint Magistrate. His most recent designation was Attache in the Board of Revenue from 7 February 2023. He has been recognized with awards such as the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TEDx FORESchool, ICONIC GOLD AWARDS 2021, and the Khajuraho International Film Festival.
