Abhishek Singh, born on 23 June 1979, is a 2006 batch IAS officer of the Tripura cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Tripura's Public Works Department since 4 April 2022. His previous roles include Secretary to Government, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He has been awarded the Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration for 2013-14. Abhishek Singh is proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
