Abhishek Ruhela, born on May 5, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Tourism since September 4, 2024, he has previously held the position of Assistant Secretary. Mr. Ruhela continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service in his ongoing tenure.
