Abhishek Ranjan, born on 14 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, allocated to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate at Madhepura, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as a Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within Bihar.
