Abhishek Kumar, born on June 12, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and is proficient in Hindi and Telugu. Currently, he serves as the CEO of the A.P Maritime Board, a position he has held since October 8, 2025. Prior to this, he has held the roles of Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate. Abhishek Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
