Abhishek Dev, born on January 7, 1982, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. and M.A. in Economics from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as Chairman in the Department of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi, since July 18, 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Abhishek Dev continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service.
