Abhishek Chourasiya, born on 17 February 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, along with B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Computer Science & Engineering. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Transport Department of West Bengal since 27 October 2025. His previous roles include Additional District Magistrate, Additional Executive Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, Block Development Officer, and Assistant Collector and Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS.
