Abhishek Anand, born on 17 March 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Excise Department of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. His previous roles include Chief Development Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and District Magistrate & Collector. He has been recognized for promoting quality education through Samagra Shiksha in District Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. He is proficient in Hindi.
