Abhinav Gopal, born on 29 December 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Ghaziabad, a position he has held since 3 September 2023. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Assistant Collector. Abhinav Gopal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
