Abhinav Chandra, born on 20 December 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2001 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as Additional Director at the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute, West Bengal, since 12 August 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Project Director, Director, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Mission Director, District Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, Additional District Magistrate, Under Secretary, State Project Director, Chief Electoral Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, and Officer on Special Duty. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
