Abhimanyu Kumar, born on June 7, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University. Currently serving as Private Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs and Corporation in New Delhi since July 1, 2024, he has held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, Project Director, Director, Joint Secretary to Government, District Collector and District Magistrate, OSD, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Executive Magistrate. He received an award for voter awareness and increased voting percentage during the 2013 Vidhan Sabha election in Udaipur (Rural). He is proficient in English and Hindi.
