Abhilasha Kour, born on December 5, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, serving in the Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from Gautam Buddh Technical University. Currently, she is the Additional Collector (Development) at The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, a position she has held since June 24, 2025. Prior to this, she served as a Sub Collector. Abhilasha Kour continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
