Abhijeet Vishvanath Chaudhari, born on October 5, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Currently, he is the Metropolitan Commissioner at Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), Maharashtra, a position he has held since March 5, 2026. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Junior Administrative Grade, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, CEO, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Marathi and continues to serve in the IAS.
