Abhay Kumar Singh, born on September 2, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. Currently, he serves as the Secretary of the Food and Consumer Protection Department, Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held the designation of Secretary in various capacities. Proficient in English and Hindi, Abhay Kumar Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar.
