Abhay Kumar, born on 21 August 1968, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. and is currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary at Jaipur in the Water Resources Department since 10 January 2024. Throughout his career, he has held multiple key positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary to Government, Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, Additional Collector, and SDO. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
