Abhay Jha, born on 14 July 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Rural Works Department of Bihar, a position he assumed on 12 February 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of Managing Director. Mr. Jha continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar through his service in the IAS.
