Abhay, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on June 28, 1983. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission in Lucknow since January 10, 2023. Throughout his career, Abhay has held various positions including Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Administrator, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Junior Scale officer, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector.
