Abhas Kumar Jha, born on May 11, 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Finance, along with a Diploma in Finance. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Adviser to the Executive Director. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary from April 1, 2004, to January 13, 2005.
