Abha Shukla, born on September 2, 1969, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Maharashtra cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Resident Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Director, Additional Divisional Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, CEO, and Principal Secretary. Since November 21, 2022, she has been serving as the Additional Chief Secretary Energy in the Industries, Energy and Labour Department of Maharashtra. She continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
