Abdul Bari, born on January 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Director and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Member Secretary of the West Bengal Minority Commission under the MA and ME Department, from August 7, 2000, to December 31, 2000. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal before retiring from service.
