Abanikant Pattanaik, born on June 30, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Zoology. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary to the Government at Odisha, working in the Steel and Mines Department since January 24, 2023. Mr. Pattanaik continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of the Government of Odisha.
