Aakansha Anand, born on April 28, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) degree. Currently, she is the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) at Muzaffarpur (West), Bihar, a position she has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this, she served as Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and Assistant Collector. Aakansha Anand continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within Bihar.
