A Z Khan, born on 15 May 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his service, he held the position of Under Secretary from 1 July 1987 to 1 July 1988. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His career in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
